Q. Is the Technology Interface a peer reviewed journal?
A. Yes, refereed articles appearing in the the Technology Interface are peer reviewed. Each article is reviewed by at least two reviewers. Book reviews and Techtips are usually reviewed by one reviewer. Guest Editorials are not reviewed.

Q. What software does the Technology Interface use for creating the HTML files?
A. Articles published in the Technology Interface should be submitted in HTML ("Web Ready").  We recommend either Microsoft Front Page or Netscape Composer.

Q. Do I have to know HTML to publish in the Technology Interface?
A. We prefer HTML. However, if you do not know how to use HTML, we will try to work with you.  Contact the editors for  help.

Q. What types of articles are appropriate for publishing in the Technology Interface?
A. The concept of the Technology Interface is similar to an industry trade magazine in that articles appearing in the Technology Interface must be useful for our continuing education and day-to-day activities. This means that the topic areas are very broad.  Basically, the Technology Interface is a place for members of our profession to easily exchange ideas.

Q. Are articles from industry accepted?
A.Yes, industrial professionals are strongly encouraged to submit articles for publication.

Q. How are equations handled in the HTML environment?
A.Unfortunately, equations in the HTML world must be converted to an image file (.gif or .jpg) for proper viewing with your browser.
