Who can request a LISTSERV list?  

A LISTSERV list can be created for official Ball State University business such as departments, courses, committees, and officially sanctioned organizations.

At lease one individual must be designated as the list owner. This person is responsible for the ongoing operation of the list; he/she defines the character of the list and establishes rules and regulations for its use. The list owner is also responsible for answering list subscriber's questions. Additional list owners can be specified if deemed appropriate.
