The Shijiazhuang Huihuang Cultural Exchange Organisation invites Ball State University Singers of Muncie USA to come to China to host a special performance tour of China in 2005 spring. John Crozman and Jana Wyber of East West Travel Group reccommends Ball State University Singers to us. We are very impressed and we think the Chinese people will like your performing very much. SHCEO is specialist in professional performances and cultural exchange for many years. We invite your group to China and perform in five excellent concert halls (1000 – 2600 seats) for Chinese public in the National capital Beijing and cities of Tianjin, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai. We arrange performances through cultural, educational and government contacts in China. Also, we arrange special trip to Sichuan province and Deyang City.
We will give best arrangements for the tour at best price. We decide with Ball State University Singers on best tour itinerary and then we arrange 4-star accommodation, 3 meals a day (hot), all attractions, all busses (deluxe), luggage and equipment truck, 2 English-speaking guides per bus and all special events. We will give best arrangements for the tour.
SHCEO is very pleased to announce the appointment of East West Travel Group in Calgary Canada to work with us. They have much experience with cultural groups and travel. We ask only them to do all communication and arrangements outside of China for Shijiazhuang Huihuang Cultural Exchange Organisation.
