Strategic Entrepreneurial Growth
By Donald F. Kuratko and Harold P. Welsch

Strategic Entrepreneurial Growth is designed to be a contemporary view of several important dimension of just what the title implies. As this field matures into major differentiated segments, the latest innovations and writings must be communicated to a growing audience of entrepreneurship students. Strategic Entrepreneurial Growth was developed as a graduate-level book that invites the exploration of some of these particular facets of entrepreneurship. While there are 11 selected topics of text material provided, the major focus of this book is for analysis of the comprehensive cases and readings that illustrate various strategies for entrepreneurial firms. As professors and students examine, discuss, and develop the critical issues of these cases and readings, there will emerge a greater understanding of and insight into the entrepreneurial process.

Because entrepreneurial growth is dynamic and evolving, professors are encouraged to add other topics for their students. However, it is our hope that this book provides a solid foundation for examining the emerging issues of strategic entrepreneurial growth. Through this contemporary examination, students will become more aware of today’s entrepreneurial process and more prepared to accept their challenge for tomorrow’s business environment.
