Don't Sweat It!
An interview can be tough enough on its own, but when you have to come up with questions for your interviewers, it can get even harder. When a prospective employer asks you if you have any questions at the end of an interview, don't remain silent, but don't sweat it, either. Knowing the right types of questions to ask can impress a prospective employer, and can leave them with a positive feeling about you afterwards. Learn the types of questions you can prepare in advance to ask so you aren't left speechless for this portion of your interview.

Be Prepared—Do Employer Research before Applying
Knowing all that you can about an employer or company before applying for a job is very beneficial in the job-search process. It can keep you from applying to a company that in the end doesn't align with your moral values or your working style. It can also allow you to speak inteligently about the company in your interview and more accurately describe what you have to offer them. Learn more about how to do employer research and why it can put you on the fast track to a job you'll love with a company you believe in.
